MGT Mechanical is growing and we are currently seeking professional Refrigeration Technicians (Licensed or 3rd Year+ Apprentices - 313A) and Commercial HVAC Gas 2 Technicians to join our team in full-time positions.

Now Hiring in Ontario, Canada and Florida, USA!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency service calls as required.
• Analyze, repair, and restore equipment and systems to full operation.
• Recommend repairs and system improvements when necessary.
• Complete and maintain company service orders and documentation.
• Participate in the on-call after-hours rotation.
• Be available for occasional overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe working condition.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Clean driver's record (Driver's Abstract required at the interview).
• Registered with the Ontario College of Trades (Ontario applicants).
• Valid ODP Card.
• Self-driven and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
